Below are the terms and conditions of the return: First: Return right The consumer has the right to return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt, only in case of a defect or malfunction in the product. Returns are not allowed after 3 days from the date of receipt. Return conditions The product must be in its original condition, unused, and unopened. The store has the right to inspect the product before accepting the return to ensure its safety. Cases where returns are not allowed If the order arrived in good and intact condition. If the matcha box has been opened. If any product has been used. In case the shipment is not received from the shipping company (the customer bears additional shipping fees). The customer cannot cancel the order after it has been processed. No cash refunds are available; compensation is provided via a discount coupon equal to the order value.
